How it works

1. Purchase here. Within a few minutes of payment you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to our Client Intake Form.
2. Complete the intake form. Tell us about your space — its type, size, current biophilic elements, your goals, and your budget for changes. You can share floor plans and photographs via a file-sharing link (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive). The more detail you provide, the more precise and useful your report will be.
3. We assess your space. Our assessor reviews your materials and evaluates the space against our biophilic framework — covering natural light, living elements, material palette, sensory environment, spatial sequence, connection to place, ecological responsibility, and wellbeing.
4. Receive your report within 5 working days. A full written assessment with scores by parameter, an overall Biophilic Alignment rating, specific recommendations by intervention type, and curated product suggestions linked directly to the Hub.

Intake form: After payment you will receive a link to our Client Intake Form by email. Please complete it as fully as possible — the quality of your report depends on the quality of the information you provide.

Right to decline: We review all intake forms before beginning the assessment. If the information provided is insufficient to carry out a meaningful assessment, we reserve the right to decline the order and return your payment in full within 3 working days. We will always contact you first to give you the opportunity to provide additional detail before making that decision.
