How it works

1. Book and pay. Click the button above and pay £150 at our secure online checkout. Within a few minutes of payment you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to our Client Intake Form.
2. Complete the intake form and send your files. Tell us about your space — its type, size, what it is like now and what you want from it — and send us photographs and plans. The more we can see, the more precise and useful your report will be.
3. We assess your space. Our assessor studies your answers, photographs and plans, and reads the space through the recognised patterns of biophilic design: the direct presence of nature, the materials and forms that echo it, and the way the space is arranged. We give particular attention to materials — what they are, how healthy they are and where they come from — and to your space’s connection to its place.
4. Receive your report within 5 working days. A written assessment and a clear set of recommendations, sent to you by email.

What your report includes

• An overall reading of your space: what already works and where the greatest opportunity lies
• Findings in three parts — Nature in the Space, Natural Analogues and Nature of the Space — with a dedicated focus on materials
• Recommendations grouped by scale: what you can do now, material choices, and changes to the space
• The types of natural material and intervention to explore, without naming suppliers or products
• The science behind each main recommendation, written in plain language

Space size: This audit is designed for spaces up to 150m². For larger spaces please contact us for a bespoke quote.

Intake form: After payment you will receive a link to our Client Intake Form by email. Please complete it as fully as possible — the quality of your report depends on the quality of the information you provide.

Independence: The report does not recommend specific suppliers or products. If you would like help with sourcing afterwards, that is a separate service.

Right to decline: We review all intake forms before beginning the assessment. If the information provided is insufficient to carry out a meaningful assessment, we reserve the right to decline the order and return your payment in full within 3 working days. We will always contact you first to give you the opportunity to provide additional detail before making that decision.

Confidentiality: All information you share is treated in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose of preparing your assessment.
