Shipping Policy

At Biophilic Design Sourcinghub, all shipping and delivery operations are managed directly by our trusted supplier partners. These suppliers work with established, reliable couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

Shipping Costs & Timelines

Shipping costs may vary depending on your delivery location, product size, and specific supplier arrangements. In some cases, we may request your complete delivery address before confirming the final shipping cost. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to calculate and confirm accurate shipping charges.

Once the shipping cost has been confirmed, you will be asked to approve the final total before we proceed with your order. If, for any reason, you do not wish to continue due to the shipping cost, you may cancel the order without penalty prior to confirmation.

Packaging & Delivery

Suppliers do their utmost to ensure all items are carefully packaged and arrive in perfect condition. However, we kindly ask that upon delivery, you inspect the external packaging and contents immediately. If any damage is apparent, you must notify both Biophilic Design Sourcinghub and the supplier without delay.

To preserve your rights, we strongly recommend that you sign the delivery receipt "with reservation" if there is any visible or suspected damage. This step is important to initiate any claim processes and in accordance with UK consumer protection guidelines.

Delivery Access & Location Details

For certain large or delicate items, we may require precise delivery location details (e.g., floor level, access restrictions, etc.) in advance to ensure safe and successful delivery.

Please note: Standard delivery is to the curbside only. If you require delivery inside your property or installation (e.g., upstairs or in-room placement), white glove delivery services may be available upon request for select items. Please contact us prior to ordering to enquire about availability and cost.
