Knowing which materials to trust, which suppliers can deliver, and how to make a space genuinely biophilic rather than just aesthetically natural takes experience. We offer two services: an independent audit to start, and coaching to carry it through design and specification.

Biophilic coaching, from design to specification

We work alongside your design team to turn biophilic principles and the audit's recommendations into concrete design decisions, through to material specification and supplier selection.
- A 60-minute coaching session on your design drawings
- A written Direction Note: Part A, biophilic design guidance for each space; Part B, specification and supplier criteria
- A toolkit of templates for design reviews, supplier briefs and quote comparison
- A 60-minute review session within 3 months
For architects, interior designers and owners during design development, before specifications are fixed and quotes requested.
How the coaching works
Two live sessions and a written note. Most of the value is in what you keep: clear guidance and tools your team can use on its own.

Coaching session
60 minutes, remote. Building on your audit, we read your design drawings together and decide which biophilic patterns matter most in each space and on any terrace or garden.

Direction Note
Within 5 working days. Part A: biophilic design guidance for each space. Part B: specification criteria, evidence to ask suppliers for, red flags and negotiation levers.*

Toolkit
A biophilic patterns checklist for design reviews, a supplier brief and request-for-quote template, and a quote comparison sheet.

Review session
60 minutes within 3 months. We review progress against the guidance and up to three quotes or specification choices.
What it does not include
- Site visits or site management
- Contacting or managing suppliers, or placing orders
- Negotiating on your behalf: you negotiate, with our strategic support
- Ongoing day-to-day project support
